* What is the platform cost?  This is a base cost that depends on your specific configuration needs and any optional integrations to other systems.

Are there any other costs?  No. Your subscription includes free full support and ongoing upgrades. Custom integrations are not normally required, but are available for a one-time implementation cost.

Do I have to sign a fixed-term contract?  No. You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. Administrators have an option to delete their account and all their associated data.

Do I need to provide a credit card number to sign up? No. We will contact you to sort out the most convenient way to arrange payment once you are up and running.
